Purpose

The Korean Society of Perinatology aims to improve the management of pregnant women, fetuses and newborns in Korea through the promotion of research and development of perinatal medicine and through the ties and exchanges between domestic and international academic societies.

Tasks

1. Conducting research presentations, academic conferences, and lectures
2. Publication of journals and books
3. Supporting education and research activities in perinatology
4. Policy development regarding perinatal management and evaluation
5. Academic exchanges with domestic and international academic societies
6. Other activities that meet the purpose of the Korean Society of Perinatology

Mission

Our mission is to take a more systematic and cooperative approach to the management of pregnant women, fetuses and newborns, by working closely with hospitals, doctors and other health care professionals to provide the safest and most effective medical services.
